    What's the biggest you can get when being 100% natural?

    Yes I know that everyone has a different genetic potential but what's the biggest the average joe could get if their rest, nutrition, workout and supplements are all excellent and they are 100% natural? anyone got any pics of huge natural pros?

    it all depends on your genetics..if you worked as hard as you could and ate as clean as you could for as long as it took, eventually you would probably reach the biggest you possibly could but it would take years and years and so much dedication not many people could handle it for that long

    I have no doubt you can become monstrously big and strong training naturally but it just takes a lot more time and a lot more dedication to perfect dieting/training/recovery.

    Look up Skip la Cour and Jeff Willet - both natural IFBB pro's.

    I'm guessing you are asking how big you can get, and have a relatively low bodyfat percentage. Obviously you could be 300 pounds and be a fat ass. MAJORITY of the pros are somewhere around 225-250 and are at about 4-6% bodyfat for a show. No doubt the top guys at the Olympia exceed that - but we will throw them out.

    I think realistically most natural mesomorphs are going to max out at around 225-240 and about 8-12% bodyfat. And that would take SEVERAL years of very strict eating/training.
