    How much DHEA do you take?

    I'm at 50mg at 5'7" 170 lbs (24 yrs old). Just started going to keep track of my gains as well as progress at the gym.

    Im JUST taking DHEA so this will be a one variable trial.

    What are you guys taking?

    At 24, DHEA probably isn't going to do much for you for gains.
    It's used over a long term (6+ months), by those over 40, for the following:
    Slow aging
    Improve memory
    Stimulate libido/increases sex drive
    Alleviate depression
    Boost energy
    Promote weight loss

    At 24, the effects will be minimal. Also, when taken standalone, w/ out any kind of AI, your looking at close to a 80% converison rate to estrogen. Plus taken orally can potentially really negatively effect redox.

    DHEA is often at optimal levels for people our age (I am 25 as well). There are many studies that show taking extra DHEA at our age shows no increase in test (and estrogen, from what I remember).
    PSK,
    I've tried taking it in small ammounts with ATD stand alone, and I'm not sure if it helps. I'm a little concerned if it ruins to feedback loop that ATD supposedly uses to increase test.
    Just curious, in what way does DHEA effect redox reactions? That sounds kinda vague, I thought reduction and oxidation occurs in various parts of our body.
