I remember when I saved too. I felt lighter (in my head.. I know)
I would say you're somewhere between 15-17%. It's very hard to judge. I looks like from the front you're heavier, but the side is small as hell.

Nah, you look just like me. Were about the same bf and look thin from the side, a bit 'wide looking' from the front...I figured it was due to my thick waist and bone structure....can anyone shed any light on this? My thick looking waist just bugs the crap out of me

Jan 06- buff(apparently) @ ermm i dunno, still have a gut though,
