Wake: Lipo 6, this is a fat burner no?
    Oats / banana: 300
    5 Egg Whites: maybe 450
    Tuna + bread: Tuna / 220 Bread :230
    2 Whey + 16oz Milk . 240 Whey , Milk (skim) 160 (x2)
    6oz Chicken: 250 + Broccoli 30 + Flax Oil ( 120 per TB)

So adding all that up roughly is, 2400 cal a day. I'd say pretty close
