    Does Boxing increase testosterone levels?

Does boxing increase testosterone levels, would they decline due to the heavy endurance training? Would they be higher if you just heavy weight trained?

Yar, boxin' does increase test levels while you are doin' your workout.

If ye had half a brain and had the means to box' or atleast hit a bag, ya'd do it along with lifting.
Boxin' be a great form of cardio, or any martial art for that matter.

I've seen your pics lad, ya need to be focusing more on yer weights right now however. Don't be tryin' to replace lifting with boxing, for ya'll never get bigger. Ye might be a tad quicker and tougher mentally, but I've seen what yer goals are, and ya need to be lifting to get them.

And fer God sakes change yer diet and EAT...YEARGH!
This chair be high, says I.

I could be wrong but I think that

Pretty much anything that makes your muscles sore will increase your testosterone. If your muscles are sore, then your testosterone is going up. And cardio will decrease it. Its kind of a balncing act. And I don't think that anyone needs weightlifting to maintain weight and be a strong fighter. Muhammad Ali is a good example. He never liftied from what I read.
