I've tried SP250, Shock Therapy, and White Flood and loved them all. Making your own is also a great option.

Yeah actually I got 4 sample packs of Concret at 35 servings a pack. says for every 100lbs of body weight use one 1/4 scoop I been using 2 heaping scoops. Stuff seems to work, the delivery in it is amazing. Been mixing it with Hammer Heed and it's doing a great job with masking Con-cret's flavor, god that stuff is rough, gives me heartburn.Originally Posted by cal62887

Honestly at first I thought the Superpump250 kinda sucked, tasted alright but just seemed like it didn't do much for me 3 weeks in I start getting a little bigger/fuller and a little stronger. Don't know if it's my training or if it's the Superpump250. I would say maybe the concret, but I just started using it all the time a couple days back.

Yeah I love Shock Therapy but I doubt I go back to it. I used that sucker for so long container after container. I like the older version better actually, in a way the new formula taste better , well it would to most People I like the Original formula even if it has Glyco in it, the new stuff gave me a headache all the time and so underdosed in Beta Alanine it's not even funny. Tried NanoVapor, and SP 250. SP was decent, NanoVapor I thought was very good, but Im not a fan of the hodegepodge of crap in there. 1 bottle was it. NO X-plode was decent. Nanovapor imo was best results for me as far as NO products went.

I like simple energy pills with caffeine it them. Caffeine pills basically. Super cheap and great energy. JMO

Although no-shotgun tastes like piss, it has been by far the best product i have used.
has one of the best profiles too, which is probably why it has worked better. not only did i have good energy in the gym, i feel that it helps with my lifts.

I personally take 5 grams of creatine mono, 2 grams of Beta Alanine, 3 grams of A-AKG, and a xtreme caffeine tab.

I been thinking about going the Caffeine and creatine route also. Just a good Fat Burner or Caffeine pill with some plain creatine pre workout. Alot of you guys probably don't know about it but Hammer Heed is pretty awesome ****.

It's simple, nothing real fancy or real impressive about it. I do a fair share of mountain biking and the stuff is awesome. I have tried Gatorade, Cytomax, Powerade and they just don't compare to HEED. HEED takes care of thrist right away and I can bike longer on it, it's a great fuel for the body. I picked up a jug of it and using it for bodybuilding, I figured it has to be good for that also, with a little Concret added in it's a pretty awesome supplement.
