here is most recent november 2005
i still need to loose some more bodyfat( lower back/ chest) but i am confiedent i can loose it all before the comp in may. also i am concentraing heavily on the legs, shoulders, and arms as i feel they need the most work. i still feel my skin loose in a few placed like lower abs but it is getting tighter the bigger i get. ill post my full workout and diet later on.

You seem to have alot of loose skin around the chest area as you seem to be trying to lift your chest high to hide it from being obese before. But your looking good, keep up the good work.

Just a question. You said they are pics from last month and your calves are "much bigger now"
Just how can calves get "much bigger" in 4 weeks? Are u juicing?

I only mentioned juice because thats the only way you'd get "much bigger" calves in such a short time. So dont take it as a compliment LOL

i was looking for more feelings on my body as a bodybuilder, not as a transformation so much as i feel i have passed that point,
what do you guys think i need to do to be able to do and win contests, and weak points, as i stated i am working the legs much harder now any other visible weak spots?

I am always interested in hearing how guys plan on losing the abdominal/chest fat(Man Boobs) and more importantly the dreaded back fat/love handles.
Good Luck and please if you find success then share what works.

last year i was just doing upper body all in 1 day 2 times a week and same with lower body, last year my diet was not super clean, more like a semi clean bulk,
this year im eating every 3 hours 1 whole chickenbreast or can of tuna etc with a balanced ammount of carbs (brown rice, veggies, etc) all whole foods.
heres a sample, ive been doing that since september of this year along with 40mins of cardio after each lift and you can see that i have clearly lost the fat i put on with my 2004 bulk
meal 1 -7:00- oatmeal and 5-8 eggwhites, or 1 chicken breast
meal 2 -11:00- mixed veggies and 1 chicken breast,
meal 3 -2:20- brown rice or mixed veggies, 1 chicken breast
meal 4 -3:00- 2 peices of ww/grain bread with either chicken tuna or turkey in it.
meal 5 -8:00- romaine lettuce or one of the above mentiond carbs
and a chicken breast or can of tuna
when i do lettuce i usually put olive oil, and some balsamic vingear with it
and if i am not asleep i will have an optional meal 6 usually made of somthing in the previous meals, since this is a somewhat cutting diet i am not doing milk as it is a slow digesting protein. in each meal i am usually gettin 40g of protein
as another source of good fats i usually put some sesimie see on my meals and some flaxseed, a also try to have a few almonds each day.
after my work out i always have a 50g protein shake.

great transformation!
but I may sound like a ass, but im a straight shooter, no way your competing, you did a nice job losing weight and putting on a bit of mass, but lets be realistic, your just not in competion shape and I doubt 6 months is really going to get there..
