tired all day... i think i din't get good sleep...
anyway, workout was not that bad.
started off with deadlift :
330*1 (i did 2 reps instead... dunno why)
felt good... i finally got my deadlift form a bit better.
less time preparing, looking up, and standing up.
finally i can get my glutes and hams to help more. that means i felt nothing in my lower back. and that's good.
was ok. just ****ed up on set no. 3... dunno why. think i massed up my setup... anyway, i rested the weight like 2 seconds on my chest to get some air, then pressed it up
****ing hard actually...
but yeah i worked with only 1 partner today so it was just you, me you me you me... like 1 or 1:30 minutes rest.
so i was a bit tired when we got to the squat.
roflol... but we did have a good laugh too.
like on the third set. he was fooling me around i wasn't going deep enough. then on the last rep i went rock bottom, and stayed there for like 2 seconds. but when i want to squat up, i let go a nice fart!
man we were strik for the next 5 minutes...
he said like : "Welcome to the Squat ****ting Club!"
anyway it was a nice workout tho.
but i got a headache after my workout... that sucks... i'm gonna go to bed a bit earlier today
