For some reason there aren't alot of hot girls in carolina compaired to california. Nonetheless, the blonde headed girl on the left is an easy hb 8.5 which 8 and above in my scale are "hot" girls.

You guys gotta take into effect that those mugshots were probably taken at 3 or 4am after a night of heavy boozing...hence why they look all hagged-out. If it was game day and they were all done up in their makeup and uniforms, they would probably look like knockouts.
