    Smoking buds and working out

    Who all here does it?

    Sometimes I love getting ripped right before working out, it helps me focus for some reason.

    Doesnt work good on squat days though since I get dizzy from squats smoking just seems to make it worse so I wait til after the gym.

    Anyone know if smoking buds hinders muscle growth?

    Lol I always wanted to try it, do the weights feel lighter? My friend said he tried it and it wasnt good. Usually i am too chill to wanna do something like lift after.

    But going to the gym high is the dumbest **** ive ever heard

    i quit gettin high 2 weeks ago tho (used to get high 5-7 times a day)

    my lifting buddy does it often. haha
    he doesnt seem to change much.
    i know if i did, i would just end up listnening to music/playing game.
    i probably wouldnt want to work out.
