Posing Videos

I was wondering what instructional posing videos you all would reccommend....Whether you own it, have seen it, or even heard about it....Im looking to order one, but I want to make sure its legit...so any help would be appreciated, thanks!

ok, there is the perfect posing series.

Perfect Posing, good tape but boring and Gary Udit is a little dry.

Perfect Individual Routine, waste of money, only some of this film is instructional, and it has a little about transitioning, thats it

Perfect diet, absolutly not worth the money... I was very disapointed.

If anything buy the perfect posing and get past olympia videos for info on your individual.

If you train at a gym you are better off asking around, people who have competed are usually interested in giving guidance

I used the Perfect Posing video to get me started. It gives you the basics and is pretty good.

Like Jay said, try and find some guys at your gym that have competed and are willing to help. I did this and I learned way more than any video could teach. Also try and go to some competitions, you'll be able to see the correct and incorrect way to pose, its pretty obvious even to the untrained eye.
