Ok guys...I'm going for the mens health style look...
I've been lifting semi serious for 2 months now...with very little gains...but definately a change...
I know my diet needs work more than anything...
I've been using milk for protein and it's getting very old fast...
I can't be able to eat xx amount of meat every night because I am not that dedicated...but...I just plan on getting a nice amount of muscle then cutting the rest of the fat I have on me off...
I'm thinkin I'm about 13% bodyfat...I weigh around 165lbs. and I'm 17, 5'8...40" chest, 13.5" arms (what I'm trying to improve most)...My legs need work too (especially calves) but luckily I'm getting them to grow...
I just need help getting started using supplements...(no insane amount) but creatine, some whey, and maybe glutamine and a fat burner type supp...I've learned quite a bit but I need help on figuring out the best times to take and what I should buy...
I understand I can get the look I want on food alone but I'd really like to be able to manipulate my body as fast as I can with the effort I'm putting in on workouts.
I workout Mon-Sat. rest on sunday..
mon=chest and tris
tues=legs and shoulders
wed=back and bis
thurs=split starts over
ever other day i do ab work and at least 200 pushups
any help is greatly appreciated...
thanks so much

first off i think your over training . try to seperate your upper body more. i like to do chest by its self on monday , legs on tuesday ,biceps , triceps,and forarms on wednesday , take off thursday , and do back and shoulder on friday . sepperating my work outs like this has put lots of strength on me . on your supps i would get some whey protien , creatine , multi viteman . thats all i use but alot of people around here take more . jus eat alot and lift heavy . good luck
nothing is ever fast enough thats why they make nitrous!

Change your training up. Maybe a Push, Pull, Legs routine with 2 or 3 days off after your 3 on, then start all over. Don't frame it in a week, frame it in time cycle. You need more rest so you can grow.
Get your daily protein intake up to 1.5grams per pound of body fat.
Use creatine if you want.
A ECA is always a good choice when cutting.
Eat a lot of clean food.
