The reason I ask is that i'll be in the lockeroom after a workout and I'll see people who come in after their workout whistling and stuff and here i'll be like sore as hell and almost going to pass out and in need of a protein shake. And when people whistle at that time it bugs the ***in HELL outta me!
Am I alone in this? Do others feel the same way?
Maybe those people don't train as hard?

Are you in a good mood/bad mood after your workout?

I actually feel good after a workout if I accomplished a goal (i.e. moved up in weights) Even if I kicked my ass in the gym, I feel good because I now I have had a good workout. I feel lousy if I failed to improve in strength from previous or if I did not work as hard as I could. However, the whistling would kinda get on my nerves after a while as well.

i feel awesome after working out...not quite whistling but definately laughing and smiling...unless i had a bad day and went down in weight/reps(which almost never happens anymore)...it's not till about 2-3 hours after that i feel absolutely destroyed...of course i usually drink 2 red bulls before i go so that might have something to do with that
If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves. Moving, be like water. Still, be like a mirror. Respond like an echo.
