Whats better for post W/O Carbs,Dextrose,or Waxy maize starch

now im confused, people say waxy maize is great, but isnt waxy maize a complex carb-and dont we want a simple carb like dextrose for after workout carbs to replenish glycogen? which would be better

I'm a big fan of wms mostly because it digests so easily however dex has advantages too and I don't think you would see a huge difference between the two as far as results.

Though waxy maize is technically a complex carb, it absorbs rapidly and easily resulting in rapid glycogen replenishment. I feel it's superior.

Which carb source is the least likely to be stored as fat? This I would very much like to know. I'll get that one.

i beleive the answer is complex carbs, but that only refers to if your eating carbs other than pre or post workout.
