Unflavored bcaa's:ways to make it easier to swallow?
Im trying to mega dose bcaas with 15g a day and 25g on workout days (3x a week from hst). Couldnt i just combine the unflavored and cheaper bcaas with like sugar free coolaid, or add them with milk or shakes, or what? thanks

kool aid, tang, gatorade, grape juice are all viable options.
