    whats a substitute for oatmeal

    i hate oatmeal and i am wanting to know what i could eat to substitute for eat im gonna try to bulk and i wanna sub for oatmeal?

    Like born said...Rice. It's kinda nice to have a little variety...I'd stick with the oatmeal...the more you eat it the better it will taste...I hated it when I first started eating it...now I love it...no such thing as breakfast without a bowl of oatmeal
