    Fat burners

What's better stimulant free or with a stimulant,
what would you suggest and what kind?
I took Hydroxycut for a while and then I quit
after I heard the side affects.

i would be careful stacking fat burners, if you get too much stimulant you'll end up in cardiac arrest, i think some examples of stacking burners would be like tricuts stacked with gugglebolic, the point is to combine suppliments that have different stimulating effects, eg. tricuts has ephedrine and yohimbe and synephrine, these help burn fat by stimulating the central nervous system and increasing metabolism. gugglebolic can regulate or even increase thyroid horomone production(which can be decreased by using metabolic fat burners) so by stacking them together you increase the effectiveness of both.

if you stack anything, just make sure they dont contain the same things, i personally like universal's animal cuts, it has like nine different types of fat burners together. has worked well for me.

Last I looked, there was no ephedrine in tri-cuts.

TriCuts will still overstimulate some users, but not as bad as an ECA. This stack works well for most i suggest it to:

    TriCuts
    CLA
    Guggulbolic
    MM4

You may add 100mgs of caffiene to this, to increase the stimulatory effects of TriCuts, but it doesn't seem to effect the rate of fatloss as per this stack. CLA, MM4 and Guggulbolic will not cause any form of jitters. MM4 tends to give some users the runs.

What do you think about throwing some ephedrine into that stack?

You would risk overstimulation. Besides, the Nor-ephedrine in TriCuts would be enough as per this stack. .

    Unhappy

Well I started takeing Xendrine And it keeps me from being hungry and I have energy.
But I have been on this diet since Apirl and now the thought of
tuna , ham, cheese, and chicken for food is repulsive.
What do I do, because I still have more to lose?
