i am trying to loose some extra weight , so on my non weighttraining days i run about 4 miles, im also almost completey cutting out my carbs , but if after i run would some simple carbs make me fat? if not ,what are some good examples and dosages of simple carbs to take after i run?

I believe the keto guru's have recommended 15g protein and 15g dextrose for post cardio workout.
