How many times a week could I do em?
5' 10" 165 lbs Biceps - 13.5" Calves - 14.5" Foream - 11.5" Waist - 33" Legs - 23" Max Bench - 160 x 1. Max Squat - 248 x 1. (10lb jump from last month) Max Power Clean - 150 x 1
I think twice a week would be fine, although you could work up to 3 times a week. They're an excellent substitute for the deadlift in a routine. For example, you might deadlift once a week and do power cleans in between, 1-2 times a week.
