    Does or can masturbation affect your workout?

    I have a curious question here. I notice that sometimes when I masturbate it affects my workout and usually makes me lose a lot of weight and sometimes makes me a little bit more tired then usual. So I wanted to ask does it vary on the individual or is this common?

    I wouldn't recomend it. I mean, first off it's bound to worry your partner and anybody else near you in the gym, not to mention it will probably get you kicked out. Besides, there really isn't time inbetween sets, is there?
