    Creatine Monohydrate vs. Complex Creatine

What would you recommend? What is the big difference between the two (other than cost)? Is complex that much better?

P.S. sorry if this is already in a thread. I couldn't find it

Ehhh, what would you consider a 'complex' creatine? Something like Orotate or Creatine Gluconate?

i take monohydrate and have been taking it for about 8 months. it seems like it does well and i will continue to use it. everyone seems to complain about cramping with it but it hasnt been a problem for me.
