Well hellllo everyone. I finally got my camcorder to upload pics on the comp.
I worked my ass off these past 6 months. Not only losing fat, but gaining muscle. I am really proud of myself and feel amazing. I'm one of the bigger guys in the gym.....muscle wise not fat wise like before!
All remarks are appreciated, holy crap i was a fat lard!
First 3 are really dark but when i first started diet, the 4th is me already 2 weeks into diet but much lighter pic.
Last one is newest with front double bi. About to add 3 more pics after i re-size.

heres_corkey, thanks a lot for that lighting of the picture!
I weighed in at 210 pounds. Went down to 155 within about 3.5 months. Then put on a lot of muscle and weighing in now at 170.
I used to be in great shape so i just followed the basics. Writing an e-book on what i did. It was a lifystyle change, no strict diets or anything. Thanks for all your compliments guys.

wow what an improvement, you dont even look like the same person. not to be cruel but your body type is very unique. You almost store no fat anywhere except your stomach and love handles. your old pics if taken half up your back make you look skinny, but from the wiast down is where the fat is stored. Nontheless your dedication is awesome, so go show it off to all the guys in your gym, and maybe some ladies if you get the chance lol.

Thanks for all the compliments guys, ya i worked and still do work my butt off. I dont have much of a diet anymore since i'm bulking but if there is a guy screaming and pushing his limits to the max during a workout, its me.
I am writing my diet book, this is basically what i followed, also i went to bodybuilding.com almost everyday to keep me motivated.
I took pictures every 2 weeks to track my progress. I recommend bodybuilding.com to anyone that asks me for advice in the gym, any articles here on any questions you may have are way better then the advice i can give is what i always say.
This transformation truly changed my life, i will be bulking till march, then i will cut for 8 weeks and post the pics. Thanks everyone again for your compliments.
