Like Ex said, deep is where it's at. I was going ATG before, but the way DC has shown me has taken it to a whole 'nother level. Now I keep a wide stance and squat down between my legs so that I am practically sitting on the ground, pause very briefly, then power up. I do this on all my leg movements whether they be front squats, hack squats or regular Smith squats. Oh, and then I finish with a widowmaker set of 20 reps with the heaviest weight possible. Fun fun fun.....but can't wait to see what my legs look like in the spring!!

squatting all the way down has had a huge impact on the way my legs look ...without mentionning how high and round my butt is now
This lifestyle is not easy. It takes consistent, disciplined, dedicated effort and sacrifice. It takes planning and focus. Most of all it takes a never-say-die attitude and the balls to keep on keeping on even during those periods when you make no progress!
