Been working out but no differnce

    Hi,

I ve been working out for 3 months. Then i took 1 month n half off as i went for holidays and coudlnt excercise there. Now ive been working out for 1 month and i ve had a personal trainer. But he only helps with my training and not with my diet and or my supplementation. Anywayz i m only 17 have tried hydroburn but did not like the results or the side effects. Currently i train 5 times a week with weights mixed with cardio on the same days as weights. 73 Kg. I think i am about 22% body fat. My main aim is gain about 4 Kg more of muscle as i want to be big. But my question is that will it be sensible to stop weights for a month and just cardio for 4 times a week and control my diet and do boxing on the other 2 days. As i dont want my strength levels to drop darcastically. And then after intense cardio for a month go back to weights and start bulking. My main aim is before bulking is to get rid of my stomach.I tried to loose weight wiht my current routine but i never got any thinner or lost any muscle. Once i get rid of my stomach i ll ease up on the cardio and go with weights. During this time i plan to take:

    Isopure Protein
    SciVation Sesamin

    Current Supplementation:
    Amino Acids
    Multi Vitamin

Or do you guys think its a better idea to go with my current routine in an effort to loose my stomach

    Current routine

    Sat-Chest 45 min Cardio 10 min

Sun-Sholders 45 Min Cardio 10 min 5 min abs which include about 150 abs reps of ab exceces

Mon-Arms 45 min Cardio 10 min 5 min abs which include about 150 abs reps of ab exceces

Tues-Back and Lats 45 min Cardio 10 min 5 min abs which include about 150 abs reps of ab exceces

Wed-Legs 50 min Cardio 5 min 5 min abs which include about 150 abs reps of ab exceces

    Thur-Rest

    Fri-rest

    I now plan to
    Sat-1 hr 10 min cardio

    Sun-1 hr 10 min cardio

    Monday-Boxing 1 hr 30 minutes

    Tues-1 hr 10 min cardio

    Wednesday-Boxing 1 hr 30 mintues

The above routine i plan to follow for a month before returning to my old workout routine

Thanks(My aplogies for typing soo much and the spelling errors)

The first part has too little cardio, and the latter has too much. I recommend around 30 minutes of cardio daily. I do it five days a week, always post-workout. Once in a while I do some cardio on the weekends, weather permitted.

u can try carb cycling. just like you, ive been working out for a cpl months now, and im gaining muscle, but not losing much fat. so yesterday i ate like a normal person, and for the next 2-3 days im going to eat around 10 carbs, to see how my body reacts. i know any weight loss will be water weight, but im trying to expirement with my diet. i am beginning to get a little impatient.
