    anyone know any good exercises on how to work your fast twitch fibres?

    All movements...to an extent and when adapted.

    FT fibers give large amounts of force in a smaller time frame.

    Does this mean lower repetitions? Usually.
    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    You don't recruit many FT fibers until you're lifting 85+% your 1RM. So lift heavy.

    Basically progress. Weight's the easiest way. Continual tension is sometimes also done with lower weights because people think it cuts off oxygen from your slow-twitchers so they die and the fasts have to wake up.
