fill a giant pot with melted crisco. take 99% fat chicken thighs/wings and cover them in bisquick (the kind with extra hydrogenated flour). fry for a long time until the oil starts to smoke. it has no reached burning point and will stick to your intestines.

take out, cover in salt, and marinate in butter milk ranch over night.

That sounds delicious. You know if it weren't "unclean" you'd like it.

I know ways to make chicken palatable, but the OP sounds like he doesn't want any extra cals, so a coconut curry might be out of the question.

You think a food is "gross" because it isn't "clean." That's ridiculous. It doesn't mean you should eat it all the time, but how the hell does "cleanliness" effect the taste of food? I mean, chocolate torte cake sure as hell isn't health food, but are you gonna tell me it's "gross?"

well without extra cals its gonna be tough dude gonna be honest, because chicken is ****ing disgusting. But heres an idea-

buy the kind with rib meat and skin. Under the skin stuff rosemary and some sea salt and sautee until its cooked but not overcooked and then put it on super high heat and flip it each side till the skin is crispy. Quickly peal off the skin and if you dont want to eat it (its sooo good) give it to your dog or something. For a low cal side dish strip a chili of its seeds and veins and dice it with 1-2 cups(or however much you want) of raw fresh spinach and some mushrooms and half a teaspoon of garlic, steam all of this lightly(till the leaves wilt but not dehydrate) and its pretty damn good.

I make a stir fry that is delicious..Get a simple metal wok. Cut three chicken breasts into small chunks and brown them, and drain the fat. Then add a small package each of chopped up chunks of snow peas, sweet baby corn and baby carrots. (they sell these in Publix near me) Mix in a tablespoon or two of spicy stir fry sauce and cook in the wok for ten or twelve minutes stirring as you go. It makes enough for several meals and is healthy and delicious!

    Perfect Chicken Parm
    Submitted by Joeflex73

    Cookie Sheet
    Non-stick spray

1lb of boneless skinless chicken breast, with fat trimmed
    1 tbsp of Garlic
    1/2 tbsp of Black Pepper
    2 c. of Tomato Sauce
1 slice of reduced fat mozarella or provolone per piece of chicken
    Parmesan Cheese (if desired)

Heat your oven to 375 degrees. Combine the Garlic and Black Pepper together. Rub the garlic and pepper mixture over chicken. Once the oven is heated, put the chicken in the oven on the cookie sheet for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked through. Remove chicken from the oven once fully cooked. Spoon tomato sauce over the top of the chicken. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the sauce, then top that with the mozarellla or provolone. Put back in the oven til the cheese has melted. With a side serving of whole wheat pasta or brocolli, you have yourself an easy bodybuilding/powerlifting friendly meal that doesnt hold back on taste.
