Can it be done? I just got a bowflex ultimate and ive been using it. I really like it i get sore all the time and ive been getting cramps.. Im 15 so i already have a high metabolism right? Well if i just lift will i lose weight? I like how i look when i flex my stomache (4 pack) but non flexing i look horrible. My chest would be approvable if i didnt have the puffy nipples..which is my second question...how do i get rid of those? Atm doing bench and i think it helped a bit.

Yes, lifting weights will burn fat, especially if you are doing it hard. Clean up your diet and you'll see even faster results. At 15, just cutting out the junk and concentrating on getting good quality protein into your meals is probably all you need to do.
Don't obsess about your body. So it's not perfect, none of us is. Even the models in magazines, who have wonderful genetics and are paid to maintain a great body, need to be airbrushed and photoshopped to look like that. Real people have body parts they are not fond of, but the chances are that if you have a four pack, you are in decent shape, and no-one will point and giggle at your nipples.65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
