Breast Implants - Do I HAVE to???
Just thought I would ask for sh*ts and giggles...
What do you all think? Is this a must-have for a successful fitness competitor? Or is au naturelle the best way to be? I had an ex-boyfriend who told me I could never compete in fitness competitions because my boobs weren't big enough (I think he's thinking FIGURE), but I thought that was the funniest thing I'd ever heard.
Right now, I just had a baby so I have sizable breasts...but when they're gone, I'm wondering if it's something I'll be faced with and I don't know if I could ever have surgery just to compete because I don't want bowling-ball size breasts, personally. That's other people's idea of the perfect look for THEM, but just not mine for my own body.
What do you girls/guys think? In fitness competitive judging, is this something that affects judging? Seems like it would be a shame to pour hard work into competing just to get shot down because I'm not Pammy Lee incarnate.

Girls with implants usually place higher unless they are big enough naturally to compliment your symmetry.

IMHO, that make implants almost "necessary" in any case. You'd have a hard time gettin lean enough for a competion and holding on to sizable (natural) breasts.

Thanks QoD, cool link . . . there's hope for us natural girls after all . . . that also shows me that I don't have far to go. Maybe I'll consider a competition sometime early next year. . .

I honestly hate implants. They don't look natural and don't have that pleasing look (not to sound like a perve) that natural ones do.

Thanks so much QoD for the link to Mary's site...That's enough to give the hope I needed to continue and take the size of my breasts off my mind for a while. I have no excuse not to compete after seeing that. Also makes me want to tell my ex to shove it. (haha)

There are many figure/fitness competitors whom look and place great with natural breasts. Jodi Leigh Miller, one of my faves, has natural size and looks UNBELIEVEABLE!!! www.jodileigh.com
MILF, do what you feel is truest to yuorself, don't let the judges of a competition dictate how to look and feel about yourself

Glad to see a postive reaction to natural. Myself, I was never blessed/cursed with large breast and I know when I get ready for my first comp I'll be pretty close to flat so hopefully my definition and sym will blow them away!!! My bf says I'm gonna have to wear a water bra so he dosent think he's sleeping with a guy

Mary is a hottie for real. I think natural looks way better. The fake ones in the shows just look funny. It just looks like a prefect circle balloon under the skin.

They were nothing impressive before I had my baby, but now the damn things are under my armpits...I'm expecting them to shrink again after I've cut down my BFP.

www.alexardenti.net might have the most perfect implants out there.

I don't think breast size should have anything to do with judging. In all reality too big of breasts might distract from other body parts, maybe downgrading that body part. Its just a matter of opinion! Matter of fact I've seen plenty of bodybuilders that don't have big breasts. A girl at my gym that competes somewhat serious doesn't have the biggest breasts but I think she wears some sort of bra that pushes them up, or swimsuit. I know that she atleast does that when she works out. But speaking from a mans point of view, I'd say its nice for a women to always have some sort of breast. So if you have a man in your life you may want to keep that into consideration. Good luck on your future competitions.
