Main excersice for mass would be close grip bench presses go for 3 sets of 6-8 reps.
After that go for weighted paralell dips on two benches with the weights on your thighs, 2 sets with 6-8reps.
Finish off either push downs , extensions or skull crushers again 2 sets and 6-8 reps.

If you decide to do what Mr. Lean suggests don't do skull crushers last. Do them first or second since they can build the most mass and require more concentration.
    Yup, I'm bigger than you.

    in this order :

    closegrip benchpress or barbell extensions

    overhead extensions

    kickbaks or onearm cable pushdowns

I've been lifting for a while, since i've been around the age of 14. I just turned 17 yesterday, i was just trying to find some new workouts, thanks for the routine though. Oh, i'm what i call myself "a lost one" or "Inbred" i call myself that because i dont know if i want to either Powerlift or Bodybuild. So i just float around like 172 pound fairy and do a little bit of everything.

    glad i could help out

inbread is bit of a harsh word to use though
    lol

i guess it depends on weather u want to just be extreemly strong or you want to be buff

but you can be extreemly strong and buff at the same time

Lee Priest sqats 750 for a set of 6 i know he takes steroids but just an example

if you decide to continue bb seriously , as you progress you will find that you will be doing strength movements aswell in your routines and using low reps etc , many bb do this

like i will go as low as 3 reps various exercises

Ilike stabroz routine too. remember your tricep has three "hit" points to it. So an over the head, or raised arm excersize is crucial to hit it all the way around. Also when you do a cable push down dont let your elbows leave your side and dont find yourself (with too much weight) pushing down as if you were dunking your buddy in a pool.

CGBP, Dips and Skull Crushers are the staple exercises. Adding an occasional set of Y grip pushdowns, french press, overhead tri's to finish things off.

Set up two benches parallel, put your feet on one bench and your palms on the other( palms behind back), in a seated position, add a 100lb plate to your lap, and dip up and down.

Heavy pressing movements. If you aren't lifting hard for your chest / shoulders, your triceps aren't growing much to begin with.
If you really want something, you'll find a way - and if not, you'll find an excuse
