    should i do bi's after chest and back??? see program

    i have just started bb again after a month and a half off simply because i got over it but now i want to get big before school starts in January if there is any thing wrong with this workout can you please let me know

    the reason for so many reps is because i am half following a German workout
    and i just did my back and chest but now wondering if i should do my bi's the day after or leave routine as is.. thanks

    switch back and bi's around, imo you don't need to dedicate a whole day to bi's but back i think is a part worth dedicating it's own day to...

    It's going to take you a little longer than till january to get "big" mate, packing on serious mass takes years not weeks.

    I also agree with the above poster... don't bother with dedicating a whole day to bis... there to small for ti to be worth it.
