should i do bi's after chest and back??? see program
i have just started bb again after a month and a half off simply because i got over it but now i want to get big before school starts in January if there is any thing wrong with this workout can you please let me know
the reason for so many reps is because i am half following a German workout
and i just did my back and chest but now wondering if i should do my bi's the day after or leave routine as is.. thanks
