Been bulking a little - 17 years old

Hey guys,

Thought i wuld post some updates pics...

I just turned 17 and i am 165lbs, pretty lean - but getting fat :O lol

Arms are a major weak point, but im workin on it.

Let me know what you think

and btw i know im far from being in proportion lmao

as you can see side chest is my fav pose as my chest is my biggest and strongest muscle, i took some more shots but they didnt come out right - if anyone wants more pics of specific poses then gimmie a shout and ill post them.

You've put on some noticeable weight. I can tell because your abs are starting to soften, but you've added quite a bit of mass. Keep eating big and pumping hard.

Hey bro,

I train on instinct - whatevr i feel like really, but i get everything done - i have stopped hitting arms, abd and calves directly for a while.

Diet consists of -

5000 - 6000 KCals

300 - 400 Prot
600 - 800 Carbs
100 - 200 fat

off the top of my head its like that - not sure though...

all of my protein comes from tuna and protein shakes, occasionally ill have some chicken but im broke just now - so i just stock up on tuna every week lmao (cheap).

abs are softening? I can't imagine him any more ripped.

Dude I'd love to be that cut, whats your height? I see what you mean as far as weak arms, but you're so ripped they probably look huge when youre not flexing.

Hey bro,

cheers man, i am 5'11 so im pretty tall, but my bones are tiny, so i guess i look a tiny bit bigger than i weigh in at, i actually weigh in at about 160lbs right now first thing in the am, and not 165 (just looked back at my journel lol, my weight fluctuates like mad)...

I used to be alot leaner than i am now, here is a pic of me at 140lbs when i actually had pretty good abdominals

Oh ahaha....I always meet people who don't work on their forearms, yet they are just massive. I work on them four times a week and they take way too long to show results.

Im actually bulking pretty dirty at the moment.

It takes alot of food for me to gain weight, i hardly gain any fat though for some reason, im startin to gain it now though lol

I had been isolating my triceps up uintill about a month ago, now i do not hit them directly atall, or very little (maybe 3 sets per month) My upper arms are very small and underdeveloped (even compared to my forearms), i dont know what is wrong with them but its pissing me off big time lol

Been training for about a year consistently and seriously, about 3 years all in with an absolute **** diet for 2 (very little results).
