I know this sounds funny but I've started bulking and I've got some heinous gas now. Am I doing something wrong or just because I'm introducing new foods to my diet?

ive been having the same issue. Ever since ive been taking in more protein I have been having awful gas. maybe it also due in part to the hardboiled eggs i eat??

My 4 year old tells me to "Let that toot out!" when we are in the car. At first I wasnt sure what she was talking about and she yells "put down the window!"
high protein + lots of broccoli = nasty gas and alot of it!Mike
