no really jm presses are very very good for tri strength its a half exstension press, you only go half way down unless your diong a california pressI've seen a 15 year old deadlift 440 lbs. first time ever touching a weight

when i cg i feel it on my wrists.. ive tried wraps still hurts... thus i dont go as heavy as i could... anyone have some suggestions... ive had multiple people look at what im doing they say its fine.. but its hurting my wrists when i do about 180lbs.
You can accomplish anything you put your mind to.
