x 2, i'd wait at least till you're a freshman in college before you start taking any kind of creatine. Up Your Mass is a great product though, that's what I'm using currently for a PWO shake, but I cut the serving size in half and mix it with milk so it's not too thick and chalky. The vanilla flavor with a serving size cut in half is awesome, tastes just like a milkshake.
