creatine help

Question 1: i am not sure which creatine is best. i want large gains but i dont want too much of a bloat. which creatine should i go with???


Question 2: i am going to take Up Your Mass which conatins glutamine. i will also be taking creatine. when should i take them. i know i will take creatine pre and post workout, and the up your mass in the morning and possible at night. how long should i wait after taking the creatine to take up your mass?

I would get either creapure creatine mono or higher power micronized mono. Both have good reviews as bulk monohydrates. I wouldn't recommend trying any of the more expensive creatines yet if you haven't tryed mono. As to your second question If it contains glutamine then most people suggest 3-4 hours between creatine and glutamine but some people have taken them at the same time and not noticed anything.

Protein + Multi + Genetics for now honestly. You don't wanna start these supplements now at your age. Take your body to it's limit without supplements, then they will help you overcome sticking points.

x 2, i'd wait at least till you're a freshman in college before you start taking any kind of creatine. Up Your Mass is a great product though, that's what I'm using currently for a PWO shake, but I cut the serving size in half and mix it with milk so it's not too thick and chalky. The vanilla flavor with a serving size cut in half is awesome, tastes just like a milkshake.
