So on these boards various people have opinions on when the post workout meal should be consumed, the timing after you take the shake after your workout.
Some say 2 hours, but most say 1.5 hours. So which one is it?

depends on whats in your shake. If you use whey with simple carbs than I would have another meal within 1-1.5 hours. But if you use whey + oats then I would say 1.5 hrs isnt as necessary and 2 hrs may be better. I use whey + oats and eat my meal about 2 hrs after. Just find what works for you.
