    Best ZMA brand?

    Please dont tell me to make my own, im lookin for a good and proven brand of ZMA. I dont care about price because ZMA isnt too expensive, and id rather use the best.

    Optimum makes a good zma...... 90 capsules for about 10 bucks.

    thats JUST about, if not, DEAD last. 25$ for zma ? lol about 5$ for homeade, 10$ for 90caps of optimum and id say the best store bought is (my fav.)

    dymatize z-force zma - 9.99$ for 120caps.

    you're right!! i ordered some 4 or 5 weeks ago for less than $10.00 so the price has gone up in the last few weeks. actually Optimum has gone up a dollar as well. Richie
