Good plan for size and strength?
hey guys im currently trying to get a good 3 day split full body routine,
is this a good routine?
Squats 3x5 2-3 warmup
Bench Press 3x5 2-3 warmup
Bent over BB rows 3x6-8
Military Press 3x5 2-3 warmup
chin up 1x to failure
pull up 1x to failure
dip 2x to failure
deadlifts only on wednesdays takin gplace of squats

well do u have any suggestions on the reps then?

Hi there,
Rep speed 2/4 (2 sec up 4 sec down) go for 10 to 12 and 15 to 12 on legs.
But if you work at a faster tempo, 1/2 go fo 15 to 20 reps,
If you can add leg extensions to that an d calf raise, damn 3.14 here have to sleep.

hey bro, instead of making your own routine look into 5x5 or westside for skinny bastards i think you'd like them based on what youve posted...growth will occur in low reps reguardless to what anyone tells you...
