Well Im using it to be LEAN and ATHLETIC at the same time. Lift 4 days a week and do HIIT on the off days, which are 3. Diet well and drink protein. Diet is #1, HIIT is #2 and the lifting is #3.

He lists a whole bunch of lifts and exercises that YOU get to choose from which is great and you decide what fits you best, which is what i like, you dont have to follow somebody elses exact program.
