    creme against lines???

    HI!

I've lost quite some weight with that keto diet, but on my stomac/sides, biceps/chest...I'm getting these strecht mark lines.

I don't know how they are called, in french it's "vergeture"

I've been buying this quite expensive creme from "clarins" called

    CREME MASSVELT--Body shaping creme

I was wondering if there's a cheaper alternative

I hear that cocoa butter is good for this, and cheap too.

Unfortunately, time is the best thing - they'll fade.
    Otherwise, vitamin E cream.

They're easier to prevent that get rid of - try not to lose or gain weight suddenly (LOL, easier said than done!).

from my experience with stretch marks they are there forever. i first got them when i was a teenager and had a huge growth spurt, i went from 5'4 to 5'11 in just over a year, then i got into lifting around that time too (for swim training to help my sprint times) and got them on my bi's and on my hips. they faded very quickly with vit. e. i pretty much applied vit e all through the day. like up to 10 times.

i have got a lot more of them now though due to pregnancy, i used some stuff called "stretch away" i think its what it was called, all it does is fade them faster so they are less noticable.

i found a tan helped "disgiuse them" not a really dark one, that just makes them look worse, any product that retains or brings back the elasticity of the skin usually works pretty well.

ive also heard there is now laser treatment for them, anyone tried this? would love to know how it went.

people keep saying "learn to love them", for guys thats ok, for women the realtiy is "learn to live with them" bastard things.

    cheers
