    wrestlers and cutters

    i only have to lose around 4-6 lbs. to make weight around 171, and i am taking gakic and thermo burst wht else can i take to get me lean and no body fat.
    i have already lost 10 lbs. from 186
    16 years old
    5'9" 190 lbs.
    personal best:
    bench:320 lbs. w/out pause
    squat:335 lbs. (haven't squated in a while cause of baseball)
    D.Lift: 415

    arms:16 in.
    chest:43 in.
    hamstring:26 in.
    calve:16 in.

    well right now i have like 20 pounds to lose by january im at 190 from 200 I really dont care how i make it but i will, im drinking a lot of water and running alot. My coach told me that i will have to cut some muscle too. i dont think that will help you but..

    you say you use gakic, how is it, i heard its bs, do you like it, is it a good pre workout supp?

    When do u have to lose it by? Just drink lots of water and 3 cups of green tea a day, you dont need fat burners, just running, lifting, and carb cutting. Keep your carbs to a minimal at this point, about half your normal intake.

    Im thinking about filling my water bottle with green tea. Im hoping that the caffeine in it will give me a little more energy during practice.

    no, cant stand to just drink it, i chug 8 oz. down after lunch about three hours before practice
