for wrestling in school i would do large amounts of cardio wrapped in garbage bags under a sweat suit...then i would spend about half an hour in the sauna with the bags and the sweat suit on....i would drop weight like a mofo!
or try some of that taxtarone by cytodyne...it gets rid of alot of water retension....and another trick of the trade is drink a flat of diet coke for a few days....its a major dieretic...and will make u piss 20x a day!

couple questrions,
1. what is a flat of diet coke?
2. what does the saran wrap or garbage bags actually do
The saran wrap or garbage bags would help to keep the body heat in I would assume, and make you sweat more.Signature donated to the memory of Raprazant.

Just try upping your water intake and see how that works. When you are taking in enough water, your body has no reason to hold onto it so it will get rid of it. Also, try reducing your sodium intake and increasing your potassium. It really is that simple. Good luck.

sodium
Cut down on your sodium. Too much sodium in your diet will make your body store water in your cells. I know i used to use lots of salt and crap on my food because it made it taste better. But as soon as i realized the above fact and cute out as much as possible i saw radically improvements on my muscular definition. Try it and it should only take a day or so before you see results. Also too much sodium is bad for you anyways so no harm in cutting some out. Let me know how it works. good luck

Excess sodium will be stored in the extracellular compartment of your body, pulling out water osmotically, making you appear bloated and puffy. You can either cut back on sodium (if you feel you get an excess) or you can simply increase you water intake. I think that it may be more of a case of lack of hydration rather than excess sodium, if you feel that this indeed is the problem.
