if you're an ectomorph - don't do cardio.
If you're bulking and an endo, unless you have extreme fat-overload keep cardio at a minimum.. it does not mean you should completely cut it out, but it's ok to sometimes do it like maybe once a week or less(it circulates your blood and increases cardio ability which would help you during weightlifting), and besides not to mention health reasons as well as if you don't run for a long time you forget how to jog completely then when you decide to cut and do cardio you'll be in a mess... just keep it a a minimum(I haven't done it in like 2 weeks or more, though).

Cardio is for people that want to cut, or live a healthy living lifestyle...
Gmav is right...
Ectomorphs shouldn't do cardio, 'cause they are people having a lean, slightly muscular body build in which tissues derived from the embryonic ectoderm predominate.
