Just out of curiousity....
Do you think my Bench n Deadlift maxes have went up any?
Bench - maxed at 200 pounds last thursday.....todays workout was
100x10
120x6
130x6
145x6
155x6
170x5 <-- missed the 6th rep
deadlift - 205 like a month ago last workout on tuesday was..
135x5
145x5
155x5
165x5
175x5

Bleh... I guess i'll find out for sure on the 30th if this program still works and doesnt kick my ass bad...

If I eat enough to not be hungry any during the day does that mean i'm getting the job done? right now i'm stuck at 149-150....also I drink tons of white milk

probably not if you're trying to maximize strength, I'm not suggesting turning into a fatass or anything..
make sure you're eating some protein with every meal, you could try supplementing with protein shakes too
just try to get protein/carbs/fat with every meal

ah yeah... theres atleast 15g of protein with every snack i have lol....my body is weird it will stay the same weight for a long time then explode up 6-7 pounds
