How do I do it? It is currently 3pm and I have until 11am tomorrow. I have taken Double The recommended dosage of maximum strength laxatives and will not drink or eat anything until the weigh-ins tomorrow. I will constantly try to lose water-weight throughout the night, if u have any other tips please help me.

Cut off your hair and your pinky toes!
lol
To lose 5lbs in 24 hours would have to be water weight or a real nice dump.
Hopefully you can pinch off a monster.

5 pounds in 24 hours is easy. No water very little food. 3-4 cardio sessions and you'll be there.

hmm
Avoid everything bro, get soem strong flavor gum to help you crave anything, and just do cardio sessions. I'd say do HIIT twice, and put 2 regular cardio sessions in between. Used to do that for wrestling. Get some water pills to get rid of water weight. Than go pop your laxitives and take a monster ****. Hope your not doing this often before matches, cause your gonna do more damage to yourself, keep it off the right way and hold it there sonnnnn.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Also, since your going to have no food and carbs for energy till your weigh in, it limits your performance. This is sports talking, I was refering to wrestling or football. So you better grab a detour bar or 2 and a monster energy drink, and just kill both after your weigh in.

don't run for longer than an hour without drinking water, you could kill yourself. No, I'm not exaggerating... actually, in my opinion, I think you are overeacting. How good of a runner are you? Okay, maybe you arn't over-reacting, because I can run very fast, and can loose about 7 to 8 pounds of water while working out if I do not drink anything. But if I do that for any longer, like another 30 minutes or an hour, I'd probably die or something, seriously, truely. Which is why I drink water during my workouts now. Also, I tend to be a big sweater... don't know why, I guess my body has a lot of pores... Try goin on the Elliptical machine for an hour or 2, might do the trick. Not too keen on the idea of not drinking water afterwards, but I'm sure if you use your laxadives you should be fine if you sneak in about 3 or 4 glasses of water before the time you have to weigh in. Don't know how much this will help, but... If you shave all your body hair, including the hair on your head, you might nock off an extra 1/4th of pound or so... not sure... might not even nock off that much, so I don't know if it'll be worth it... but hey, it's an idea... I think its worth a try, better than risking your life trying to workout to loose about 5 pounds of water and not drink anything for more than a half a day. Might I suggest you wait as long as possible to workout on the Elliptical trainer, or whatever cardio routine you choose to do, and work out for a time predetermined by no one none other than you... because I do not want to be responsible in any way shape or form in possibly sending you to the hospital due to a severe loss of water due to excercise in a short period of time. Pray that your lac's drop off at least two pounds, and if you decide to remove all your body hair, save for your eyebrows, eyelashes, etc, well, hopefully it does help, and hopefully you would only need to loose 3 pounds of water, and hopefully you decide to do this as far in to the time where you have to make this weigh in as possible, so that you can drink water immediately after you weigh in, and EAT. Don't pig out though...
Good luck...
