The best multivitamin I have used so far has got to be Extreme Pro's Multivitamin With Ginko-Ginseng. The nutritional benefits are unbelievable. prefer this product over any other all the time and they also have other great health supplements. Check them extremeprosupplements .ca if you are interested in trying this or other great products!

The best is Gaspari Nutrition's Anavite! It is nice because everything you need is in one tablet, so if you need more you can simply take more or less. It also has a ton of aminos in it!

Orange triad, since it is a full multivitamin with high bioavailable nutrients. Plus it has joint complex, immune and digestion complexes as well. Its like 4 things in one package! Works awesome for me.

i read the post about the differences between mults but i had a few ?s
i wanted to know whats better capsules or tablets with the life force mult and i got the one with iron by mistake, want to know if thats a big deal
but more then those to i wanted to know is (Men’s Life Force® Multiple) better for a man and is it as high of quality as the normal life force and has as good or better forms of vit/min
things that are important to me is the quality and the best forms or the vit/min
the exter stuff seem like it would be useful for me but my main goal and more important goal is to get a great all around mulit and thus i dont care about the extras if it isn't as a good as the normal life force
the lower amount of vit d in the mens is fine with me i can just take a another for the exter there
and i think i would get the most out the mens so price of the man's life force seems to be ok for the upgrade
i would take Ortho Core but that is alitte much for me, roughly 0.70 per daily use is my max just cuss :P
things idc about are the size of the pill, how many i have to take, or tasteLast edited by JentryJohnson; 08-28-2014 at 10:09 PM.

I've taken Opti-Men before and felt good. When taking Orange Traid I felt really good with extra energy so that is probably my alltime favorite.
Currently experimented and have been taking one-a-day gummies for a few weeks (were on sale at Wallgreens) and don't feel that they are effective in comparison at all.

The powdered ones are supposedly better but I just go with the cheap supermarket multi vit, if it works it does, if it don't it don't, make sure you eat plenty of fruit and veggies.

I have to go with Universal Nutrition's Animal Pak. The fact that it includes joint support, digestive support, and antioxidants is unbelievable in my opinion. I only take 1 pak a day that way it is more cost effective.

That would be the Animal Pack, it just has everything you need.

I used Animal Pak before, it's very good. But now it's my #2 on the list. #1 is Orange Triad.

Orange Triad
It also contains a bonus joint support complex which really helped me a lot.

Orange Triad, pretty easy choice when you figured the chelated minerals, strong dose of Vit D, full joint and digestion support....and 45 days worth.

I'm having a hard time choosing between:
- OptiMen
- Orange Triad
- Mega Men
I have a decent diet with vegetables and fish oil already. Which one is best?
I want to avoid overdosing some of the vitamins and minerals that actually have negative effects when overaccumulated.*We're all gonna make it Crew*
