Past Experiences with Fat Burners
I have taken an EC stack and MAN Scorch in the past and both worked well. So I will have something to compare my results from Thermo Fire with.

My Goals

I hope to lose 4 lbs of fat in the next month while on Thermo Fire. My long term goal is to get down to about 120 lbs (from 128).

My Workouts

I do a 4 day split with 3 workouts per week, so it rotates like
1on/1off/1on/1off/1on/2off

I hope to add in cardio on off days, but haven't scheduled it in.

I don't write in warmup sets. Here is my routine:

Day 1 - Lower w/ deadlift emphasis
Deadlifts 4 sets of 4-8 reps
Sumo Squats 4 sets of 4-8 reps [wide]
Calves
Abs

Day 2 - vertical upper
horizontal pullups (underhand) 3x8
yates row (overhand)4x4-8
Military Press 4x4-8
cg chins (negatives) 4x4-8
External Rotations 3 sets
Internal Rotations 3 sets

Day 3 - lower w/ squat emphasis
Squats 4 sets of 4-8 reps [ narrow, eg 6 inches between feet]
RDLs 4 sets of 4-8 reps
Step Ups 4 sets of 4-8 reps
Abs

Day 4 - horizontal upper
Pendlay Rows 4 sets of 4-8 reps
Flat Bench Press 4 sets of 4-8 reps
flat db flyes 3 sets of 8-11 reps
bent over rear delt flyes 3 sets of 8-11 reps (or what I can do, these are hard )

Thermo Fire Day 2

Supplement Summary
- Took two thermo fire at 9 am and two at 2 pm. I had some headaches that I think were caused by having coffee in addition to the thermo fire. I won't have coffee tomorrow.

Comments
Carbs are too high. I was hungry and grabbed extra carbs not realizing my fats were very low. So then I had some mixed nuts after. Carbohydrates should really be about 175 for me on an off day.

Yes, I'm definitely noticing that it is smooth. It isn't making me super-energetic or anything, but I don't have a steep drop off in energy in the evenings. Which is good when you work out in the PM.

I'm kind of fascinated with your plan. I've never seen these kinds of macros for a cut unless it's for a Fitness competitor as they need more carbs for routine practice.

It is very smooth, yes. Not quite the smoothness of Basic Cuts, which is nearly transparent, but very nice...it reminded me a lot of Scorch V.2, minus the minor sides with that...

I work out at night, also, but my dosing for stim thermos is usually concluded by noon...I typically take Steel Edge for a kick pre-workout at nights, which still allows me to sleep. I work out during the week at night as well.

Beta alanine took about a 2 week loading period for me and about the time the tingles went is when it started to shine...then another 3 months later, a new level of shine...

As to the sides, Scorch V2 tended to cause a heat/flushing effect in certain areas of my skin (typically, inexplicably, Left Forearm), which I found sometimes to be distracting/unnerving (depending on length of time)/annoying. I also would wind up tasting the pills for a few hours afterwards...none of these was huge or particularly negative, but they were not present at all with ThermoFire...

I feel like **** after I watch porn and then fap. First of all I waste a **** load of time. Then I feel like **** after its over, and i cant concentrate on anything. Fapp'd in the morning and couldnt concentrate in skool, fapp'd in the evening and cant do my hmwork.

So, on Sept. 25th, I bought new jeans, size 10 gap curvy.

Then, on December 17th, I bought new jeans, size 8 hip huggers from American Eagle.

Next up, size 6.. I can't wait.

Hey I woke up this morning, and I looked in the mirror, and I look leaner. NICE! I took the first measurements the day after my squat workout. I will be doing that workout today, and taking more measurements tomorrow.
