No love for Davey Richards?
Am I the only Davey Richards fan on the site? I think I've seen a few posters that like him, but he doesn't get mentioned much around here. You still hear a lot about Aries, Danielson, and the Briscoes, but I don't hear much about Richards on here. There was a thread posted not too long ago where he got a ton of heat for no selling a big move (I believe a suplex) and he seems to catch a lot of flack for his pychology (or lack there of) To any fans of his, which matches would you recommend me to check out as I'm a big fan of his work.

I personally like him for the few matches, and highlights I have seen from him. People can knock the physcology thing, but he gets good heat, and has damn good match's, so I don't give a f**k.
A match I heard was great: (not a singles match)
Roderick Strong & PAC vs. Davey Richards & Super Dragon
At PWG Dynamite Duumvirate Tag Team Title Tournament Night 1 (this year).
I personally have not seen it, but I have heard it was one of the best matchs of the year (For PWG that is). Just a suggestion, becuase it looks like one hellova match. Im a Super Dragon mark, and PAC is awsome to
Also: You watched it, but from 'Man Up' he has a steller match with Austin Aries

The Davey/Nigel match was the best part of PWG BOLA Night 2. Good comedy stuff there. Davey/KENTA from FOTC is pretty hard hitting and Davey/Joe from FYF Dayton is too. And Davey/Ki from IWA:MS TPI 06, Davey gives Ki a SICK gutbuster/powerbomb combo. That was some good stuff.

Does he still use the keylock as his finisher or am I thinking of someone else?

Richards had an awesome match last year in ROH against KENTA. it was a July 2006 show. off the charts. stiff kicks from both men.

Alright, thanks guys, I'll try to download those matches or get a hold of them somehow. Thanks.

I'm thinking his finisher is a butterfly brainbuster but I could be mistaken. I know it's called the D.R. Driver

Ah right
I haven't seen much of his stuff but he used the keylock in consecutive 3 matches in the King of Europe Cup this year
made me wonder...
