Hi guys, I my right lats have been burning a little and I noticed I can pop my shoulder blades tremendously when extending my arm....Does anyone know what this might be and if it's severe? (it doesn't really hurt)

Looks to me like you have a winged scapula.
A burning sensation on the scapula can be indicative of nerve involvement.
My guess: You're massively internally rotated due to too much pressing/overhead work and need to:
* Stretch pec minor
* Stretch scalenes
* Work on external rotation
* Work on scapular depression
Should really have it checked out by a good PT.

It can simply just be a weakness to the serratus anterior. The serratus anterior is one of the muscles responsible for holding the scapula onto the thoracic cage. Check the video out:

Are you weaker in that arm now ???
Here is my deal. Still not back to normal. Was doing 100pd DB shoulder press before this but now I can only do 55Db shoulder press.
