Sometimes when I work out I usually wouldn't get muscle soreness the next day.. usually 2 days later and sometimes it last a couple of days as DOMS can take upto like 72 hours

soreness has nothing to do with how hard you worked.. i personally believe doms come from drastic change... like if you took a month off or did a high volume workout when your used to low volume...if your doing the same things all the time.. you should'nt get soreness

the actually thing with soreness is the muscles content of lactic acid - if you train very hard and never get sore then those muscles have a high ability to use lactic acid for extra energy - which is a good thing. currently all my muscles except chest have developed the ability to use lactic acid to keep my energy sustained and keeps me pumping out more and more reps with heavier weight. be happy you arent sore.

lactic acid does not give you energy. it is in fact a wast product of anearobic respiration (when you create energy without oxygen)
If you feel you have no faults ....... there's another one.
