sick and need suggestion
my workout days tomorrow, but i have a fever and feel ill, i heard its best to rest instead of doing it half-a$$ed,what do you think?

rest..... take some time off if the fever persists find the source of the fever.... take medication......

ugh no, i regret it though lol, shouldnt last to long though probably only a few days at most i hope

haha yeah, it sucks though cause ive been trying to learn all the compound lifts with good form cause i only started like 2 months ago
